Once you've placed you're order, you'll get an email from us letting us know it was received. Orders will ship out between 1-3 business days from Las Vegas and are shipped via USPS. Please allow 3-7 business days for the transit of your goods to arrive.
I love the products in the shop and hope you will as well. If for any reason your shipment is not satisfactory please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders ship every Monday and Thursday. Please allow up to 3 days to fulfill your order since each order is carefully assembled and packaged with love and care.
Q: Do you ship outside the U.S?
A: Yes, however, please keep in mind internationally shipping is VERY expensive to ship. I ALWAYS refund overage in shipping minus handling fee. If you feel your shipping quote is too high, please email me and I will refund what is necessary.
Q: An item I am interested in is out of stock. When will it be re-stocked?
A: We will be stocking the store daily with new arrivals. Items that are sold out are most likely on re-order so please contact me to find out the status of an item. Unless they are Hambly Overlay dashboards. Those will not be restocked.
Q: Where do you find all these overlays for your shop?
A: I have done tremendous and extensive amount of research and networking to locate discontinued Hambly Overlays. Normally what I have in stock, will not get restocked due to the closing of the company.
